A Fit to Work Assessment (FTWA) / Post Offer Pre Employment Screen provides comprehensive information relating to a potential employee's fitness to perform the tasks required within a job role.  We provide results in real time (immediately after an assessment).  A current PDA is required to ensure bonified job requirements are tested.

A Physical and Cognitive Demands Analysis (PDA/CDA) is a comprehensive evaluation used to quantify and evaluate the physical, behavioural, cognitive, and environmental demands of the essential and non-essential tasks of a job.  PDA's should be reviewed and updated every 5-7 years in order to stay current.

An Ergonomic Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation of an employee’s work environment aimed to assess, identify and eliminate hazards and risks associated with the ergonomics of an individual’s workstation. A workstation may be a desk for an office worker, conveyor belt for a line worker, the driver's seat in a work vehicle, cashier station in a retail environment, etc. 

A functional ability evaluation (FAE) is a comprehensive evaluation of an employee’s physical and functional abilities, using objective and measurable tests.  The FAE establishes an outline of what physical/functional level of work an employee is able to perform. The FAE can be general or specific to the employee’s job and related duties (using a current PDA). 

A Job Match is a comprehensive paper assessment reviewing provided restrictions or documentation such as an FAF form, results of an FAE, etc. and comparing them to modified or full job options to determine the best suitable return to work plan (using a current PDA). 

Ergonomic Training and Education includes proper techniques for lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling in all types of industries such as: manufacturing/packaging, school boards, utilities, transportation/delivery, government agencies, and healthcare, etc.  Educational materials include posters and videos.  We provide in person as well as webinar education sessions.
